Passy Capital is the US arm of a CRE financing platform that has been placing bridge and development debt across US and European markets for over ten years. The US LLC (Passy Capital LLC, Florida, filing N° L26000208363) was formed in April 2026 to formalize the US channel and serve borrowers and brokers directly.

David has structured deals across multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, industrial, office, retail, and SFR portfolios — from $1M acquisitions to $50M+ ground-up construction. The operating philosophy is simple: speed, transparency, and a relationship economy that earns repeat business from sponsors and brokers instead of chasing one-shot volume.

Passy Capital operates two channels under one team. For borrowers, we are a CRE financing brokerage that structures and places deals with the right capital partner. For brokers, we are a capital partner that funds the deals you bring through a combination of institutional capital and a private capital pool structured deal-by-deal — with a standard NDA on file and a written no-solicit pledge on every engagement.
